- 1 : km 0.06 - alt. 78 m - Head along the road and then up the trail road - D1
- 2 : km 0.84 - alt. 117 m - head up trail road all the way up to the gate - D2
- 3 : km 1.07 - alt. 117 m - at the gate go left - D3
- 4 : km 2.83 - alt. 145 m - at junction follow trail round to the right - D4
- 5 : km 3.24 - alt. 159 m - After 300m you reach another junction and turn right - D5
- 6 : km 3.58 - alt. 153 m - after 200m turn onto track on left up hill - D6
- 7 : km 4.95 - alt. 154 m - follow trail round to join back up with main path and head back down towards gate - D7
- 8 : km 5.73 - alt. 124 m - When reach gate head back round up the hill loop - D8
- 9 : km 8.25 - alt. 151 m - instead of taking path to left go straight on back down towards the gate and back to car park - D9
- S/E : km 11.33 - alt. 78 m
