- 1 : km 0 - alt. 65 m - Start point at farm gates just up from the Torwood Woodland walk, follow road down the hill - D1
- 2 : km 0.91 - alt. 57 m - Follow road round to the right heading for wooden bridge - D2
- 3 : km 2.13 - alt. 57 m - At bottom of hill head straight on towards Millhousebridge - D3
- 4 : km 2.52 - alt. 51 m - Keep heading straight on towards past road end towards Millhousebridge - D4
- 5 : km 2.79 - alt. 48 m - At Church road end follow road round to right towards Millhousebridge - D5
- 6 : km 3.56 - alt. 45 m - Keep following road up to Millhousebridge - D6
- 7 : km 4.23 - alt. 52 m - Turn right towards Lockerbie - D7
- 8 : km 4.58 - alt. 58 m - Head right so running parallel with line of Motorway and back towards Lockerbie - D8
- 9 : km 5.94 - alt. 56 m - Turn right at the junction heading down hill towards Applegarth Church away from motorway - D9
- 10 : km 6.81 - alt. 52 m - Turn left at the road end heading back towards Torwood Lockerbie - D10
- 11 : km 7.18 - alt. 57 m - Retrace steps and Head back up the hill towards Torwood - D11
- 12 : km 8.36 - alt. 56 m - Cross the wooden bridge and turn left back up towards Torwood Lockerbie - D12
