- 1 : km 0 - alt. 55 m - Walk from Dunblane Centre North along Stirling Road, cross road at second set of Pedestrian traffic lights.
- 2 : km 0.58 - alt. 51 m - Straight on down the hill, past Dunblane Railway station following road into Bridgend, straight on take path leading to the river and park, take either path to the Faery Bridge, turn left at bridge past Mill Court, turn right into Auchinlay Road, cross over to left hand side of road just after National Speed Limit sign, once round bend cross to right side of road.
- 3 : km 2.74 - alt. 72 m - Walk under motorway bridge & as far as row of cottages on left.
- 4 : km 2.98 - alt. 67 m - Turn left
- 5 : km 3.18 - alt. 70 m - Turn slight right onto Grant Drive
- 6 : km 3.38 - alt. 79 m - Turn left onto Doune Road, A820
- 7 : km 3.4 - alt. 78 m - Continue onto Doune Road, A820
- 8 : km 4.05 - alt. 70 m - Turn left onto Springbank Crescent
- S/E : km 4.88 - alt. 55 m
