- 1 : km 0 - alt. 61 m - From the cathedral, walk up Sinclairs Street then High Street.
- 2 : km 0.39 - alt. 75 m - Cross Perth Road at St. Mary’s Church and enter Glen Road.
- 3 : km 0.47 - alt. 79 m - Take first right into Ochlochy Park. Pass the sports club and the first entrance to park.
- 4 : km 0.72 - alt. 86 m - Keep climbing and, at an electricity transformer, turn left to reach Ochlochy Pond and follow north edge of pond to Glen Road.
- 5 : km 0.9 - alt. 90 m - Turn right up Glen Road then turn left into The Crescent.
- 6 : km 1.33 - alt. 95 m - Follow The Crescent round to Perth Road.
- 7 : km 1.68 - alt. 80 m - Turn right on Perth Road and cross over at Hydro entrance into Smithy Loan and follow back to cathedral.
- S/E : km 2.3 - alt. 60 m
