- 1 : km 0 - alt. 10 m - From health centre car park turn right down Fountain Road to the footbridge. Cross, and continue along the fenced-in 'Chicken Run.'
- 2 : km 0.69 - alt. 10 m - Cross the lade and go between the Avenue Park flats onto Inverallan Road.
- 3 : km 0.98 - alt. 11 m - Turn right, and, at the Bridge Inn, go left up the Station Brae.
- 4 : km 1.17 - alt. 19 m - Follow the road right, under the bridge and then right again up to the main road.
- 5 : km 1.36 - alt. 11 m - Go left down the hill, over the river bridge and, at the Allanwater Cafe, cross using the crossing.
- 6 : km 1.57 - alt. 12 m - Go left to the Patterson Clock and then right down Union Street, returning to the health centre via the rear entrance.
- S/E : km 1.94 - alt. 10 m
