Waypoints

S/E : km 0 - alt. 30 m - From the MacRobert Arts Centre walk downhill to the main university entrance/exit on Airthrey Road, then turn right.
2 : km 0.81 - alt. 16 m - Turn right again into Kenilworth Road and walk along Kenilworth Road to Well Road
3 : km 2.13 - alt. 38 m - Turn right on Well Road, walk past Bologna restaurant, then take the first road on the left into Mine Road and walk to Sunnylaw Road.
4 : km 2.45 - alt. 51 m - Enter Mine Wood at the top of Mine Road up the small set of steps on the opposite side of Sunnylaw Road, then turn left and follow the woodland path along the bottom of Mine Wood to the first path junction.
5 : km 2.62 - alt. 50 m - Take the right footpath signposted Coppermine Path uphill to Pendreich Road.
6 : km 3.25 - alt. 153 m - At the path junction just before Pendreich Road turn left and walk uphill to the Highlands Viewpoint - accessed through a gap in the stone wall to the right of the path near the top of Mine Wood.
7 : km 3.39 - alt. 157 m - Go back down the woodland path to Pendreich Road start walking down Pendreich Road.
8 : km 4.52 - alt. 77 m - At the road junction carry on downhill on Sheriffmuir Road, then turn left into Back Oâ€™the Dyke and take the entrance in the stone wall onto Hermitage Road in Stirling University.
9 : km 4.9 - alt. 39 m - Walk down Hermitage Road to the second zebra crossing.
10 : km 5.1 - alt. 26 m - Cross Hermitage Road, turn right and walk around the south-west side of Airthrey Loch, then uphill towards the MacRobert Arts Centre.
S/E : km 5.59 - alt. 29 m
