The circular route takes you past old farmhouses and captains’ houses, as well as thatched cottages, amidst ancient oak trees, chestnut trees and beech hedgerows, into the valley of the Schönebecker Aue.
During the tour, you’ll cross the Schönebecker Aue stream, which flows for around 18 km through the charming geest landscape of ‘Bremen’s Switzerland’ from its source in the Lange Heide near Osterholz-Scharmbeck to its mouth in the Vegesack harbour basin.
