Park at the foot of the church on the lawn.
(S/E) Go down the street on the right to join the main street, continue to reach the Chemin de la Loge crossroads.
(1) Turn left onto Route de la Montagne. You are now on theGR®111A, marked in red and white. Pass the first small crossroads and take the fork on the right. A gentle climb awaits you. In the clearing, you will be rewarded with a superb panorama.
(2) Follow theGR® (second) to the left and at Butte à Mercier turn right; it is very well signposted.
(3) Take a lovely single track through the forest for about 800 metres. At the edge of the forest, you will come to another crossroads.
(4) Leave theGR® by turning left and follow this tractor track, ignoring any paths leading off to the right. You will come to the crossroads with the road leading to Bouville le Grand.
(5) Continue left, ignoring this road, and at the next fork turn right into Bois Michaux. At the top of the hill (not too steep), turn left, then slightly to the right at the crossroads. The path is not immediately visible on the ground but can be seen through a gap in the forest. At the top of the hill, you will reach a pylon.
(6) Turn right, then take the first path on the left. Join the road on the right for a few metres.
(7) After a hedge of trees, turn left to rejoin theGR®. Leave it at the crossroads and continue straight ahead (slightly to the right) on a path that climbs towards the church and the car park (S/E).
