Departure from the hamlet of Rostudel.
(S/E) From the "car park" in the hamlet of Rostudel, go back up the road you came down. Turn left onto the D255 and continue for 100 metres.
(1) Turn right onto the wide, stabilised path marked in yellow.
Continue straight ahead (be careful not to follow the yellow markings on the right, but the alternative route straight ahead) to the cliff, where there is a magnificent view of the Tas de Pois to the north-west.
Follow the coastal path on the left. This area is rocky and therefore less accessible. Continue along the cliff top
(2). Pass an old bunker and then the Cap de la Chèvre semaphore (military zone), from which you can see Pointe du Van on the other side of the bay. Continue along the ridge.
(3) At Men Coz, ignore the path that descends steeply to the right and continue on the left. You may see some ruins in the vegetation on your right.
Go straight up (yellow andGR® markings) into a wetter area with an old fountain on your left. At the fork, keep left for 100 metres.
(4) Leave thePR® andGR® by turning left towards Rostudel on the left. After a section that is likely to be muddy, you will arrive at the village. At the T-junction, turn right to follow a circular route (S/E).
