Tjelbergtinden (367 m) walks

Starting from Kabelvåg Church, nicknamed the "Lofoten Cathedral", this route will take you to the summit of Tjelbergtinden for a magnificent view of Svolvaer, Kabelvåg and the surrounding peaks of Vestvagøya. The ascent, although steep, does not present any major difficulties. However, caution is advised on the descent, which can be very tricky in wet weather (to be avoided). A short round trip (with an easy descent equipped with a chain) to a secondary peak of this mountain will offer you a bird's eye view of Kabelvåg.
