Description of the walk

(S/E) From the Studley Castle car park head east, away from the castle, between the bushes. Then turn right, through the woodland, southwards towards the fishing lakes. Keep left at the fork on the map.

(1) Go past the hunting lodge on your left and around it, following the farm track north.

(2) After 400 metres, bear left (see the Public Footpath signs at the gate) and across the field.

(3) Follow the Arden Way to the left, passing through another gate and down a lane past some nurseries on the left-hand side towards the entrance drive to Studley Castle. Keep going straight forward, and pass the Castle to your left.

(4) Just after the Castle, turn left and leave the Arden Way. Turn left again to reach the main entrance of the Castle.

(5) Afterwards, turn around and go back to the car park on the right(S/E).
