(S/E) The hike starts from the hamlet of Chames, which you cross until you reach a small stony path that passes next to a mobile phone relay antenna.
On a rocky path, you will overlook the Tiourre stream and the ruins of the old mill.
(1) At the first fork, keep left to cross a pine forest and you will arrive at the Tiourre spring.
(2) At the spring, you will come to a fork and take the path on the right, which begins to descend along the stream.
During the descent, you can see numerous natural pools formed by the limestone waters. After heavy rains, you can see many small waterfalls.
(3) You will finally arrive at the ruins of the mill, which is now nothing more than a field of ruins, but with a magnificent reservoir filled (or not, depending on the season) with intense turquoise blue water, worthy of a mountain lake.
Continue the descent to rejoin the path you took on the way up, which is a short, fairly slippery climb.
Avoid following the red and white markings, which zigzag and make the route longer.
(1) Continue on the left until you reach the hamlet of Chames (S/E).
