Riverside Park Walk - Ballymoney
Riverside Park offers a variety of walks through various landscapes including woodland. The Ballymoney River runs through the middle of the park and there are a variety of on site amenities.

Description
Start : Car park at 6, 10 Armour Avenue, Ballymoney (BT53 7AG)
(D/A) From the car park follow the path (North-West) to the duck pond. Firstly, turning left follow the path past the children’s play area and slightly uphill onto a wide shared use path.
(1) Follow this path across a footbridge adjacent to a dog run area. Turn left after the footbridge and continue along the riverside for 270 m or so, until you reach a second footbridge on the left. Cross this turning right at the end and continue through the car park.
(2) Turn right (West-North-West) on Bravallen Road. Continue a short distance (105 m) then make a right turn back along the banks and follow the wide path back to the first footbridge crossed at Waypoint (1).
This time, at the first footbridge turn left (North-West) and walk for 45m and then turn right (North-East). Ignore all paths to the left or to the right and continue straight along the riverside and then along the wildlife sanctuary and fishing platform.
(3) At the end of the pond, cross a bridge to the right (East). Turn right and then left at the next junction, back to the car park. (D/A)

Driving to start : From the town centre follow signs for the Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre. At Rodeing Foot take a right turn into Armour Avenue just before Trolan’s Garage, the car park is on the right. 6, 10 Armour Ave, Ballymoney.
Terrain : Flat level parkland and grassland

Facilities : Toilets and childrens play area
Dog Policy : Must be kept on a lead except for specified dog run areas
