Start: village of Duruelo de la Sierra
(S/E) Head southwest along the CL-117 road to cross the river and take a left turn.
(1) Go through the houses to pick up the Camino Natural Senda del Duero. Follow it down by the side of the river to reach the Puente de Santo Domingo. A medieval bridge with a more modern alternative.
(2) Continue along the route (GR-14) to the Puente de los Arrieros, where the route crosses the river.
(3) Follow the river all the way down to the Puente de la Arenilla.
(4) Turn left up the lane, past the Hermitage of San Cristóbal (5) to entre the village of Covaleda. If time allows, lunch or refreshment can be sought here.
(6) Head out west along the main road.
(7) Bear left to go down to the Youth Campsite Raso de la Nava (8) and pick up the path behind the Hermitage Nuestra Señora de la Fe.
(9) Keep heading west to reach the Puente de Santo Domingo and retrace your steps back to Duruelo de la Sierra.(S/E)
