Breathtaking views of the entire bay, ridges, an authentic village and cows in season are what you will discover on this hike. The route is very well marked.

Description of the walk

The route starts from the car park opposite the church and its bell tower (Chiesa di Santo Stefano).

(S/E) Take the stairs to the right of the bell tower. You will arrive at a small car park.

(1) Turn right and take the first left, uphill. Immediately turn left with the street and cross the village following the red and white markings (GR®). Ignore the paths on the right. Pass a chapel (on the right) and you will immediately come to an intersection (car park on the right).

(2) Continue straight ahead to leave the village. Climb, heading generally north-east (beautiful views). Further on, the path veers to the right (south-east) and joins another path coming from the left on the ridge.

(3) Follow the ridge as it continues (south-east). This will take you to the summit (cross, extensive views).

(4) Descend via the same path in the opposite direction to the car park (S/E).
