This really short walk is quite busy so it is better to visit early in the morning or the evening to avoid the crowd. It is worth the visit and take a good camera if it is not a windy day as its name actually refers to what you see.

Start : Lay-by on the side of the Te Anau Milford Highway : Mirror Lakes
(S) From the layby, walk North along the roadside to find some information boards on the left and the start of the boardwalk. Follow the boardwalk enjoying the views of the lake and information before reaching the road again further up. Then walk back to your car along the pavement. (E)
