Park along the road near the high-voltage pylon.
(S/E) Take a small path to the left of the high-voltage pylon.
(1) At the dead tree, turn left. The path climbs steadily in the shade of holm oaks. You can enjoy the island's typical vegetation, with white and pink rockroses and blue centaureas in spring. The path climbs up a small valley from which you can hear the sound of the Pruna stream below on the left.
(2) At the crossroads, turn right and after 100 metres you will reach the first ruins. Go around the ruins via the path on the right to admire the remains of the main buildings of the small abandoned village of Pruna. On your right, towards the sea, look for the red rocks, which you can easily climb to reach the end of the walk and enjoy the 180° view.
(3) On the rock (keep an eye on young children as there is a risk of falling), enjoy the view of the mouth of the Gulf of Porto Vecchio. On the right, you can see the La Chiappa semaphore. On the left is Pointe de San Ciprianu, where the private estate of Cala Rossa is located.
Return via the same route to the car park (S/E).
