Park at the Micocouliers car park on the edge of the Route de Pichauris (D46a).
(S/E) Follow the track down towards the hamlet of Pichauris (yellow markings). Pass by La Plâtrière, a former gypsum factory, and continue towards the hamlet.
(1) About a hundred metres before you get there, take the track that climbs to the left towards the orientation table. You will reach a junction with another track.
(2) Continue on the left to stay on the same track, which winds its way to a fork in the shape of an inverted Y: directional sign.
(3) Take the track on the left, which leads to the orientation table. You will reach another fork.
(4) Turn left to climb up to the orientation table: enjoy the view.
(5) Retrace your steps.
(4) Take the path that descends to the left for about 50 metres, then take the path on the right marked in yellow and red: GR® de Pays Provence Mines d'Énergies. This varied trail alternates between descents, flat sections, rocky climbs, beautiful views, forest and heath, and ends at a multiple crossroads including a DFCI firebreak at a cistern.
(6) Follow this track to the left (east) and join the track that leads to Mont du Marseillais.
(7) Ignore it and continue straight ahead to pass under the antennas. Negotiate a 90° left turn and walk about 200 m to reach a crossroads marked by a sign and a cairn.
(8) Leave the track and take a path on the left: a variant of the GRP® (yellow and red markings) and follow it until you reach the Route du Régage.
(9) Turn left and follow the road for about 50 metres, then take a path on the left that climbs up to a track. Follow this track to the right to rejoin the road: be careful, as the markings are not very clear on this section. Continue in the same direction, following this road until you reach the first junction.
(10) Turn left and pass by a riding centre. Continue to follow the yellow and red markings and rejoin the road for the last time.
(11) Turn left and follow the road carefully to the car park (S/E).
