From Ste-Croix-Volvestre, take the D627 towards Lahitère. In the village, turn right onto the D86. At the first crossroads, keep left, then left again at the next crossroads to reach Place d'Argain, near the church.
(S/E) From Place d'Argain, take the road that passes in front of the church and runs alongside the cemetery. At the intersection, take the road on the right and continue to the next junction. Turn right towards Perry, then turn left to the hamlet of Perry.
(1) Cross Perry and continue straight on the unpaved road, then take a path on the left (Chemin de Lagraoule) which descends into the woods to the stream.
(2) Ford the stream (caution: slippery) and join the tarmac road. Turn left and follow it to the second dirt track on the right, which leads to a meadow.
(3) At the entrance to the meadow, turn right and walk along the edge of the pasture on the left until you reach the top. Continue along the path through the woods and meadows until you reach the departmental road (be careful, keep to the right-hand side of the road, as this is a busy stretch). You will arrive at the Rougé farm.
(4) Walk along the left-hand side of the D627 (be careful of traffic), then turn left onto the path that crosses the hamlet of Micas.
(5) Turn left, continue straight ahead and follow the path to rejoin the tarmac road.
(6) Turn left and continue to the junction on the way out.
(3) Continue straight ahead and follow the route in reverse to reach Place d'Argain near the church (S/E).
