Start from the Lette Blanche car park. Access via the D328 between Moliets-et-Maâ, to the south, and Vielle, to the north.
The route mainly follows the Vélodyssée, a cycle path through the forest.
(S/E) Return to the D328.
(1) Turn left (north) and follow the D328 along the cycle lane.
(2) After a right-hand bend, turn left towards Contis.
(3) Further on, follow a small road (Route de la Jagougne). Stay on the cycle path, pass a campsite on your right, and arrive at the junction for Saint-Girons Plage (Route de la Plage).
(4) Cross the road, continue straight on along the cycle path through the Saint-Girons State Forest and pass a campsite on your left. Carry on through the forest.
(5) Go round a few buildings on the left and continue along the cycle path through the forest until you reach a road at the Maison Forestière du Cap de l’Homy.
(6) Cross the road (Route de l’Océan) and carry on straight ahead along the cycle path. Shortly afterwards, follow a road before turning off it.
(7) Further on, cycle alongside a housing estate on your right until you reach the Porte de Contis Sud junction.
(8) Carry on straight ahead and cross the housing estate via Allée des Gourbets.
(9) Just before the end of this path, turn left onto the greenway along Allée du Contour and immediately ignore a dead-end on the left.
(10) At the end, follow the D340 to the left, cross the bridge over a stream and arrive at a junction.
(11) Cross the D41 and take the cycle path opposite, which runs alongside the road on the right-hand side before veering left and moving away from the road.
(12) After about 400 m, turn right onto a sandy track to quickly reach the foot of the lighthouse.
(13) Return via the same route, in the opposite direction, to the car park where you started (S/E).
