The starting point is in the centre of Rogla, between the bar and the small tourist information chalet.
(S/E) Take the wide path that goes round the water reservoir on the right. Go through the fence at the designated point and head towards the edge of the woods, which you should follow for about a hundred metres.
(1) Turn right onto the wide, downhill path through the woodland.
(2) At the junction, carry on straight ahead, heading north, continuing along the path through the undergrowth. Cross the streams and begin the ascent along some slightly rutted sunken paths. Follow the series of wooden steps and footbridges to the junction at the peat bog.
(3) Take the path on the right and enjoy the view from the observation tower before reaching the small lakes through the bog.
(4) Return to the previous junction at the start of the bog.
(3) Continue straight on, crossing the footbridges, then head into the woodland.
(5) At the junction, ignore the track suitable for vehicles which descends to the left below; take the path on the right, taking in the scenery. Continuing straight ahead, rejoin the outbound route at the junction in the woodland.
(2) Continue straight on, following the route back along the same path as on the way there, until you reach the centre of Rogla (S/E).
