Park in the large car park next to the medieval fortifications.
(S/E) Leave the car park and turn left onto the small road (D507) for 200 metres.
(1) Below the inn, take the path on the right for 1 km along a hedge. Pass a lake, then walk along the field on the right.
(2) Take the road on the right for 250 metres. The road will make a first left turn and then a small chicane.
(3) At the chicane, take theGR®65path on the right and continue along the stony path. At the road, follow it to the right for a few metres and take the path downhill on the left.
(4) At a crossroads with hedges, turn right (leaving theGR®65). Continue straight ahead to reach the hamlet of Cahuzac.
(5) Turn right onto the small tarmac road D507 to reach the fortifications and the starting point (S/E).
a very pleasant short hike with a bucolic stretch along a lake at the start of the route. The hike ends with a visit to the fortified village of Larressingle... a jewel of medieval architecture.
