(S/E) From Place du Vallat, walk down the street towards Leyvaux, cross the bridge and take the street on the right running alongside the canal. Follow the stream towards the forest and cross the successive fords.
(1) At the Y-junction, take the path on the left and continue until you reach the Ferme du Bos.
(2) At the Ferme du Bos (view of Blesle and the Alagnon valley), take the road opposite, leaving the farm on your left. Pass a ruin and a cross and continue straight on until you reach the junction with another road.
(3) Turn left towards Le Montel-Chamberty and at the fork 200m further on, turn right towards Chamberty.
(4) At the junction between the road to Chamberty and a dirt track, turn right onto the dirt track. Further on, after passing some hunting observation towers, the path narrows. Continue to the entrance to the village of Blesle.
(5) At the entrance to Blesle, near the tower, ignore the path on the left that goes downhill and go straight on. A few metres further on, turn right past a house, go down the steps and turn left twice to reach the bridge over the canal and the Place du Vallat (S/E).
