(S/E) From the fenced area of land of the old church, take Rue de la Mairie, leaving the old church behind you. At the Stop sign, turn left onto Rue de la Vieille Garenne, towards Pen-An-Allé. At the next junction, turn right towards Lézireur, until you reach the hamlet of “Le Pontic”.
(1) Take the small road on the left that runs between the buildings, then follow the road past a house on your left at the kerb and reach thefirst path on the right.
(2) Follow this path and, when you reach the road, turn left. At the four-way junction, carry on straight ahead until you reach the next junction.
(3) Cross with care and carry on straight ahead onto Route Robert Guiader towards Guernevez.
(4) At the crossroads, turn right and head for the next junction with the Pont de la Corde/Carantec road.
(5) Cross with care and continue straight ahead.
From here, take in the view of Morlaix Bay with the town of Saint-Pol-de-Léon, the deep-water port of Roscoff, Île Callot and Carantec.
At the three-way junction just after the right-hand bend, turn left and head for the next crossroads.
(6) Take the local track on the left, then turn right at the next fork.
(7) At the four-way junction, carry on straight ahead along Rue de Pen Ar Méen. At the next three-way junction, turn right onto Rue de Coaticariou and head towards the banks of the Aber Penzé.
(8) First turn left then right and follow the dead-end path that runs along the riverbank. Pass under the road bridge and continue straight on. Cross the small bridge at the end of the cove and head uphill until you reach thefirst path on the right, opposite the entrance to a house on the left.
(9) Turn right onto this village track and follow it to an X-junction. Turn left, then left again at the next junction, and you’ll soon reach a three-way junction.
(10) Head right, towards Ty-Nevez, pass through the hamlet and round a 90° bend to the right, then continue along a path leading down to the bottom of the valley. At the next junction, almost at the bottom of the slope, turn left then right and cross the stream. Head uphill opposite, reach a road and carry on to the right until you reach the next junction.
(11) Turn left, cross the railway line and turn right immediately afterwards. At the next three-way junction, keep to the right, then take the path on the left at the 90° bend in the road. Walk alongside a field on your left and, at the end of it, first turn right then left before joining the tarmac road.
(12) Carry on to the right and, at the next junction, go straight ahead towards Ty-Ruz. At the end of the road, continue along the path leading down to the left of the house. At the road, turn left and head for the next junction.
(13) Turn left and follow the road to a four-way junction.
(14) Turn right; at the next junction, turn left and cross the level crossing.
(15) Once you’ve crossed the tracks, turn right straight away onto Rue Kéradennec and continue along this road until you reach No. 2 and a 90° left-hand bend. Carry on straight ahead, head towards the water tower, then go round the residential area on the right and reach the end of Chemin Jeanne Nicolas Saout. Carry on to the right, go straight ahead, then turn left when you see Henvic Church and head for the fenced area of land surrounding the old church (S/E).
