For a walking tour, entry to the park is free. The bus drops you off at the end of the access road, right at the park entrance (monumental gate).
(S/E) The departure point is located at the cable car for convenience, but of course the entire entrance area can be used as a departure point.
Crossing the entrance area (restaurants and shops), cross the river (dry when we were there but must be impressive in rainy weather) on magnificent stone bridges and take a fairly wide path that goes up to the left of the river.
(1) Continue until you cross the river on a stone bridge and arrive at a very pretty hermitage on the right.
(2) The path continues along the right side of the river. From there, it is a very well-equipped path (with huge sisal mats on the ground where the slope is a little steep) that winds through the forest; points of interest are explained (with English translations); there are toilets at regular intervals. The gradient is fairly even. You will come to a fork in the path.
(3) At this point, take the path on the right and continue, if you wish, to the highest point (the end is in the form of stairs).
(4) This is the highest point of the walk. Return via the same route to reach the park entrance (S/E).
