Description of the walk

Start: Glen Vale car park (Donation) along Dryside Road. Grid ref. NO 172 069

(S/E) From the car park, turn left (South-West) to walk along the road for 250m. Find a waymarker left into the woods opposite the big tank on your right. Turn left through the gate and walk along the burn. From here the walk is straight forward uphill. Keep following the burn at first on your left-hand side.

(1) Then after crossing it, keep walking with the burn on your right-hand side.

(2) At the only junction you will find, keep straight ahead. Do not turn right to cross the burn.

(3) Then at the next junction when you find a path going downhill you can either turn right here or go straight and eventually, you will reach the waterfall.

(4) After enjoying the area, walk the same way back to the car. (S/E)
