Starting from the La Valette road in Tourris, take the GR51 towards Le Revest over 2 km, then take a path that rises to the left and leaves the GR (Long hiking trail).
The path turns into a track and rises brutally for 300m, then heads back towards Tourris on a higher path, parallel to the first, over 2 km.
Shortly after an unusual cave (a "must" visit), the path joins the GR51 route from Solliès-Ville and returns to the starting point.
Off-route: below a high-voltage line, near the Olivières Hamlet, walk due north along the EDF circuit (power company) to outstanding nooks and crannies.
A walk through holm oaks to the Revest lake viewpoint passing by a cave which can be visited.

The sand caves at Revest-les-Eaux
A natural asset exploited by the local glass industry.A route through woodland where you will see the remains of dwellings, wells, sand and stone quarries, and former industry, near the derelict hamlet of Les Olivières.
Le Revest - Tourris castle for experienced hikers
Not a very long hike with less than 11 km but very hilly with a rocky, steep incline.
The Dardennes - The Turcos - the Pyramide de Cassini
I went on two walks I found on Visorando: "Le Revest - Tourris Castle" and "Tourris and the Pyramide de Cassini" before finding this itinerary that I'm recommending. The beginning of the first until the departmental road then part of the initial section of the second. Unlike the "Pyramide de Cassini", we discovered a route that's not marked on the maps but which joins the "Chemin des Turcos" in a forested area. A walk with uneven terrain that can be difficult at times.
Ascent of Coudon (83)
A nice climb to the top of Coudon (altitude 702 m) near Toulon.
Le Faron
One of the Var's most beautiful walks. This hike climbs Mont Faron on wide tracks and offers a breathtaking view over the most beautiful bay in Europe.
Climbing up and around Mont Caume (804m)
Perched at an altitude of 800 metres, Mont Caume is one of the four Toulonais brothers which surround Toulon. It is certainly the highest; its summit is very dry as it's very exposed to winds and fluctuations in weather. All these factors make ascending Mont Caume essential and well worth it.The hike suggested here enables you to go all the way round the mountain and combines the pleasures of a very active route with the joys of a pretty much complete visit to both its summit and its slopes.
