(S) Opposite the station exit, turn right and walk along the railway line on the left and the car park on the right. Join Rue Sainte-Croix, follow it to the left and cross the railway tracks. At the roundabout, pass two streets on the right.
(1) Immediately turn right onto Rue de Beauvais and continue straight ahead. In the right-hand bend, just after the speed bump, continue straight ahead. After about 100 metres, turn right onto a small path. Pass in front of the community centre and turn right onto a path. At the end, turn right and continue for about 50 metres.
(2) Turn left to go through the cattle underpass that passes under the D178. On the other side, continue straight ahead, cross Rue Gutemberg and take the dirt track opposite. Leave Le Bas Fougeray on your left and continue along the track. After a left-hand bend, join the D777.
(3) Cross thebusy roadwith caution, as there is no protected crossing, and continue along the small road opposite. At the crossroads, go straight ahead, leaving Le Grand Fougeray on your left, and walk along the housing estate on your left.
(4) At the end, turn right for 300 m until you reach the crossroads (elevation 115), then turn left. Ignore a path coming from the left and continue to the D178 at the place called Passe-Vite.
(5) Turn right just before the stop sign and follow a small road. Pass La Basse Morandière on your left and continue to a T-junction. Turn left and continue for about 150 m.
(6) Then turn left and follow the greenway to Pont d'Etrelles. Cross the D178 with great care, as it is a very busy road with no protected crossing, and continue opposite on the greenway. Follow this to the N157.
(7) Turn left just before the tunnel that passes under the road and continue parallel to it for about 300 m. Then turn left onto a small road and continue to a stop sign (Château des Rochers-Sévigné on the left).
(8) Cross the D88 with caution, then turn left onto a sunken lane just before the right-hand bend. Follow the lane through the woods, then, when you come out of the woods, first turn right then left along the lane to reach the Plan d'Eau de la Valière dam.
(9) Turn right and walk along the lake on your left. Walk for a long time as close as possible to the lake. Leave La Chauffière on your right, continue along the water's edge and you will soon reach a three-way junction with a small road.
(10) Follow the road to the right and leave the Moulin de la Haye leisure centre on your left. Join a road and follow it to the right until you reach the hamlet of Burelle.
(11) Turn right, then take the first right just after the first house. Walk along two fields and turn left at the end of the second. Cross a small road and continue along the path to reach the D110.
(12) Cross the road carefully and follow the path opposite to Breil Marie.
(13) Turn right and then immediately left onto the path. Descend a few bends, cross a stream and climb up the other side. This will take you to the N157.
(14) Pass underneath and continue along a small road for about 750 m.
(15) At a slight bend to the left in the road, take a path on the right. At the crossroads (elevation 114), follow a small road to the left. Take thefirst path on the right, which leads to a T-junction.
(16) Turn left. Take thefirst path on the right (elevation 108) then turn left and continue to La Juvinière (pond on the left).
(17) Cross the D111 and follow it on the right for about 150 m. Then turn left onto a path and go down into a wood. Ignore a path on the left, reach the Étang du Moulin Neuf and walk along it on the left-hand side. This will take you to the place of the same name (E).
To reach the village of Argentré-du-Plessis, turn right between the two buildings to join the road, then turn left and follow it to a roundabout. Turn right to reach the supermarket or continue straight ahead to go into the village.
