To get to the start: leave the main road towards Agios Spiridon beach, go down the path for about 400 metres and park in the Super Market Lola car park, which will be on your right.
(S/E) At the car park exit, turn left, then after about 100 metres, take thefirst left. Follow the path surrounded by old olive trees, then climb to the top of a small hill.
(1) Go down the road on the left where the passage is lined with a handrail separating them. Note: the passage is concrete and has a few steps. At the bottom, the path turns to the left, then follow a small beach on the right and continue along the promenade.
(2) Before the Taverne Hellias, go down and walk along the restaurant terrace. Continue along the edge of Spiridon Beach, passing a small chapel on your left. Reach the end of the beach, continue and cross a small bridge.
(3) Take the path immediately to the right. This path is not very well marked at the start. Then walk along the coast. The path is clearly visible with traces of red earth on the limestone rock. Reach Gialiskarie Beach.
(4) Walk along the beach to continue on the coastal path, marked with blue paint. You will reach Antinioti Beach.
(5) Join the forest path here and follow it along the coast. You will reach a small bridge.
(6) Do not cross. You can follow the path opposite to Antinioti Lagoon, but it is a dead end. Take the path opposite the bridge, enter the woods and join the forest path.
(7) Take the track on the right to reach the small bridge you passed on the way there.
(3) Take the path on the right, in the opposite direction to the one you took on the way there, to return to Taverne Hellias.
(2) Follow the tarmac road to the right to leave the coast and return to the Super Market Lola car park (S/E).
