Here is a cycle route, on paths and roads, which will take you from the Râches lock to the Marchiennes Forest. This is a route that can be adapted thanks to all the little paths you’ll come across here and there. Enjoy the cool air along the River Scarpe, stop for a drink at La Croix or Pile (an inn in the heart of the Marchiennes Forest), and then head back (or not) via the Pévèle countryside.
