Description of the route

Marked mountain bike route no. 2 - sign: triangle on two red circles

This ride starts at the Andenne Arena and takes you on a journey of discovery through the woods around Andenne and Coutisse. You begin your journey through the streets of Andenne to Rue Saint-Roch. Once you reach the charming little chapel of the same name, you climb up to the hamlet of Reppe and then to the Bois d'Heer. Pretty forest paths lead you to the beautiful Ferme de Leumont just before the hamlet of Grande Croix and its old farm. You then arrive at the village of Coutisse, where you continue along the narrow streets to the hamlet of Les Vieux-Tauves. Carefully cross the road to reach the hamlet of Treton. You then continue towards the Bois des Arches. Don't hesitate to take a short detour to the charming Ferme des Arches Royales. You will arrive at the hamlet of Grosse and its majestic farm, then reach the Bois de Paspau. Crossing the road again will take you back to the Bois d'Heer, where you will discover the picturesque Moulin de Kevret. The walk continues towards the localities of Hautebise, Chawagne and Grande France. You arrive at the magnificent viewpoint of Calvaire, an old procession route that takes you back to the town centre to discover the Place du Chapitre, the historic heart of Andenne. The end of the walk takes you back to the Andenne Arena where you can quench your thirst and enjoy a bite to eat before returning to your vehicle.
