Nice walk from the parking spot on the A57 by Ladybower. Route runs alongside the reservior before a nice climb up to the higher ground under Lost Lad. You could take in this top without making the walk too much longer. The route then follows the ridge along a good path, with great views back towards Sheffield, and over the Dark Peak hills back to the starting point. Most of the route is along good paths, with the section under Lost Lad the only boggy part. The 4hr 50minute duration calculated by the app seems quite generous given the easy going.
Derwent Edge round from A57 parking spot
Nice walk from the parking spot on the A57 by Ladybower. The public transport option would be to take the bus to the Ladybower Inn and walk from there, this would add around a mile to the route.

Bamford & Stanage Edges from Rod Side
This Peak District walk explores two of the gritstone edges in the eastern sector of the National Park. The walk generally follows well defined paths and tracks and offers some fine views from elevated positions along the way.
