Start from Place du Champ de Mars in Privas (car park).

(S/E) Head down Avenue du Petit Tournon to the right.
(1) After the bridge, in front of Lyas Town Hall, head left up the Escaliers de Ternis and continue along the uphill path.
(2) When you reach the tarmac road, head right towards the forest and take the path down towards La Neuve. Cross the road and head for the swimming spot.
(3) Once you have crossed the stream, the path climbs up to the Bourriquet hiking marker. Climb up to the hamlet of Ladreyt.
(4) Turn left onto the road, which turns into a path. Before the Ruisseau du Livier, turn right and climb until you can see Liviers Castle. Please note: a sharp left-hand bend is not signposted.
(5) 150 m before the château, find a path heading east. Continue along the hillside and join a road (Château de Liviers signpost).
(6) Head left towards Privas via the Rocher de la Sorcière and take thefirst road on the right. After about fifty metres, follow a path that passes a house on the right. The descent becomes steeper and reaches a fork.
(7) Turn left and head down to the hamlet of Villeneuve. Cross it to the right and reach the Pont de Bourdelly. Cross it to the right and return to Privas via the A-road.
(1) Continue along the road to the Place du Champ de Mars (S/E).
