The path is fully signposted from the start at Pico del Inglès. It is not circular, so whatever you descend on the way out will have to be climbed back up on the return journey if you want to get back to your car. The path is quite steep and damp but is passable (check conditions after several days of rain, as there were still some muddy sections, though nothing too serious). After a kilometre, you’ll need to walk a short stretch along the road before rejoining the path at the corner by the restaurant. An ideal walk for sweltering days when you’re looking for some shade! And also if you’ve got strong legs, as the slope is quite steep in places. There are some lovely views, especially on the final stretch of the path. For the rest of the way, you’re well sheltered in the forest.
