(2) At the signpost, cross the track and turn immediately right to follow it (south-west). Head back down (south) and arrive at a junction.
(3) At the sign, turn right and, after a wide circular loop to the left, reach a junction in a car park beside the D100.
(4) At the sign, cross the car park to the left before crossing the road. Take the path opposite, which is closed to vehicles. At the junction, turn left and at the next one, in another car park on the D100, turn right. After 30 m, ignore a path leading in the opposite direction to the left, and opposite you will reach a Fork in the road
(5) At the sign, keep to the left to reach (south-west) a junction (elevation 209). Take the path on the left. At the junction, keep to the right, going round a quarry and ignoring the paths branching off to the right. You will reach the junction in front of the small Chapel of Saint-Eusèbe.
(6) Continue straight ahead, then turn right onto the straight D147. At the roundabout, follow signs for Avignon, on the left-hand side of the D900. After 150 m, you will see a path on the left flanked by two wooden chicanes.
(7) At the sign, follow this path. Cross the D15 and reach a junction.
(8) At the sign, cross the road and continue along the path opposite. Cross a cycle path and immediately turn right onto a road, Chemin Reynard. Immediately at the Fork in the road, continue left. Ignore the paths on the right. Cross the bridge over the Coulon. Enter the town of Robion via Avenue Xavier de Fourvière and continue straight on.
(9) At the traffic lights, cross the Route des Alpes (D2) and head straight on along the Allée des Marronniers, following the cemetery wall on your left. At the junction, turn left onto the street, the Chemin de la Glissette, and continue to the next junction 30 metres further on.

(11) At the signpost, continue straight ahead. At the Fork in the road, leave the track and take the path leading down to the left. At the junction, turn right onto Chemin de la Combe Saint-Pierre. Ignore a track on the right and, at the Fork in the road, keep left. After 500 m, you will reach Chemin de la Pinière.
(12) Take it to the right and, after two left-hand bends, you’ll reach a Fork in the road. Leave the path straight ahead and take the one on the right. After 60 m, at the Fork in the road, take the path up to the left and do the same at the next one. Ignore the side paths and join a track.
(13) At the signpost, turn left then immediately right. Pass in front of the Mas du Tombereau. At the Fork in the road, keep left then follow the road up to the right. At the entrance to the charming medieval village of Oppède-le-Vieux, head to the small square on the right.
(14) Walk past the Hôtel l’Oppidum. On the left, climb Rue des Écoles, then continue up Rue du Pourtalet, and at the top you’ll reach Chemin de la Fontaine. Take this to the right until you reach a junction.
(15) At the signpost, take the path opposite (south) which climbs through the forest whilst heading south-east. At the fork, 600 m further on, turn right (south). Climb the ridge of a small valley and then its slope until you reach a path that follows the ridge of the Hautes Plaines (elevation 704 m).
(16) Descend straight ahead. Pass in front of the Bastion du Pradon hut. Continue the descent straight ahead over rocky ground, ignoring the side paths. Further down, reach the Piste de Fond de l’Orme (alt. 345 m). Follow it to the right, on a slight downhill slope. After 300 m, ignore the shortcut to the left and head for a junction 200 m further on.
(17) At the signpost, leave the track. Turn left against the flow of traffic onto the path at the bottom of the Vallon de la Galère and reach a Fork in the road.
(18) At the signpost, leave the path and take the track on the right. Cross another track and arrive at a junction.
(19) At the signpost, ignore the Gorges de Régalon path opposite and take the one on the left. At the junction, turn left and rejoin the Chemin de la Galère 50 m further on.
(20) At the signpost, follow it to the right. Take the hairpin bend, ignoring the path on the left. After 700 m, reach a junction in a sharp right-hand bend. Leave the path and take the one on the left. At the junction, turn onto the path on the right, and 900 m further on you’ll come to a track. Take this path to the right and follow a track to the left until you reach a Fork in the road in front of a car park.
(21) At the signpost, turn onto the path on the left (north-east) and cross a track. Ignore the side paths and, 600 m further on, turn sharply left (east) before reaching a track. Follow it 40 m to the right and, at the junction, continue straight ahead for 70 m to reach a Fork in the road.
(22) Keep to the right and, 400 m further on, turn onto a path on the right. Immediately, cross a track. You’ll come to a road; follow it to the left. At the junction in front of Mas Sadaillan, continue straight ahead for 60 m before reaching a fork.
(23) At the signpost, climb the path to the right. Ignore the side tracks. At the fork in the road, keep straight ahead. Join a track at a bend and follow it straight on. After 600 m, before it bends left, take a shortcut to the left. Shortly afterwards, do not rejoin the track but head down to the left. After a wide bend to the right, ignore two paths to the left and rejoin the track (alt. 230 m).
(24) Take it to the right to reach a road. Follow it for 60 m before turning off the oncoming lane. Shortly afterwards, head down the path on the left which leads onto the street, Chemin de la Muse, at the entrance to the village of Mérindol.
(25) At the signpost, turn left. To reach the town hall: leave the GR®6 Rue des Vaudois on your right. Opposite, at the junction, keep right onto Rue du Vieux Four and at the next junction stay on the same street, veering slightly left. Take the first right, Rue du Four, which leads to Place de la Mairie
(26) To reach the lodge: follow Rue du Gascon to the right; after 100 m, it turns left and continues as the GR®6, Chemin des Rousseaux, where the lodge is located at number 15 (E).
