The starting point is at the Route de Neufchâtel car park near the Bois Guillaume town hall.
(S/E) Leave the car park, turn left onto Route de Neufchâtel (D 928) and turn left at the first street, Rue Leroux.
(1) At the end, turn right onto Sente des Planchettes, which turns left at the end to join Sente de la Rouette.
(2) Turn right onto Sente de la Rouette and continue along the path until you reach the end, crossing Avenue Henri Dunant.
(3) At the fork, leave the Allée de la Génevrine on your left, which will be the return route, and continue straight ahead on the Sentier des Forrières. Cross the bridge over the Rocade Nord de Rouen and turn right to reach the Rouges Terres cemetery.
(4) Take the path to the right of the cemetery and join Route de Neufchâtel. Turn left and follow the footpath to a roundabout.
(5) At the roundabout, turn left onto Rue Augustin Fresnel and pass the Lucie Aubrac secondary school.
(6) Before the roundabout, turn left onto Chemin des Écoliers and continue straight ahead through the Domaine du Manoir housing estate. At the end, turn onto Rue du Manoir. Near the church in Isneauville, turn left onto the street of the same name, go through a roundabout, pass a street on the right and you will find the entrance to the fitness trail a few metres further on the right.
(7) Follow this and reach the D 66.
(8) Cross it carefully to enter the forest by taking Chemin de la Bicyclette. Continue until you reach the first forest road on your right.
(9) Turn right onto the Route Forestière des Ventes de Bas.
(10) At the Mare Mésangère crossroads, turn left onto Route Forestière du Parc until you reach Chemin de la Bretèque.
(11) Turn left to cross the Rocade Nord de Rouen on the footbridge reserved for pedestrians and cyclists. After coming down from the footbridge, join Chemin de la Bretèque.
(12) Turn right and cross at the second pedestrian crossing to enter a narrow path between two houses. Follow this path, which crosses several alleys, to reach Rue du Tourne Midi.
(13) Cross this street, pass the Portes de la Forêt playground and, via Allée de la Gevrine, arrive at Sentier des Forrières
(3) Turn right and, following the same route as on the way there, return to the car park near the town hall (S/E).
