Description of the walk

Start: Lizard Point National Trust, Helston (TR12 7NT), Free car park for National Trust members. Grid ref. SW 702 116

(S/E) From Lizard Point National Trust car park take the path that goes down to Lizard Point. Then walk back to the small car park by the shops to take the top path on the left (West) that follows the coast. Continue on the coastal path until you reach Kynance Cove (3 Km).

(1) Just before the path goes down to the beach, take right (North-West) to stay on the Lizard Coastal Walk. The path will go inland to arrive at Kynance Cove parking. Keep on The Lizard coastal walk path until reaching the A3083 road (1.7 Km).

(2) Cross the road to walk East on Beacon Terrace (still staying on the Lizard Coastal Walk). Continue straight until reaching a crossroad.

(3) Take right on Church Cove Road (still staying on the Lizard Coastal Walk).

(4) Keep walking on Church Cove Road (leaving Lizard Coastal Walk). Stay on this road until reaching Church Cove.

(5) At Church Cove take the path to the right that goes up the hill and that passes between the coast and the base of sea rescuers. Follow this coastal path until reaching a road and the Lizard Coastal Walk trail.

(6) Keep walking along the coast using the Lizard Coastal Walk trail until Housel Bay.

(7) At Housel Bay, turn right on the path going to the car park (S/E)
