Chaumes du Grand Ventron and Chaumes des Vintergés

A very beautiful, shaded hike through a magnificent forest of hundred-year-old beech trees, with views of the Chaume des Vintergés and the Chaume du Grand Ventron viewpoint, overlooking the ridges (Markstein, Grand Ballon and Alsace).

A trail through a beautiful beech forest, much appreciated for its coolness, with blueberry bushes all along the way, a few raspberry bushes, and finally arriving at the orientation table with a superb panorama of various mountain ranges before descending back to the Auberge de la Chaume.
Thanks to the author for this nature walk.

Thanks for this lovely walk in the shade of a beautiful forest.
There were no signposts at point 1 around 2 o'clock, but luckily I had the Visorando app.
Beautiful views and, what's more, it was blueberry season.
