Access by road: from Seix, head towards Guzet. At the hamlet of Moulin Lauga, take the road on the right at the bend towards Estours. Continue straight on along this small road, passing beneath the hamlet of Estours. Cross the stream and take the track (in good condition) until you reach the car park at the hydroelectric power station.
(S/E) Cross the bridge and take the track that climbs alongside the power station. The track climbs almost straight up, gaining an elevation of around 150m. 10m before the end of the track, take the path that climbs to the right (follow theGR® markings). Pass by a first group of barns in the woods (partly in ruins).
(1) A wooden bridge takes you across the Arros stream before you reach the first mountain pasture (and viewpoint). As you walk along the pasture, you’ll see the Arras barns (in ruins) on your right.
(2) Continue to follow the path (GR®), which climbs once more into the woods. Note a waterfall on the left (at an altitude of around 1,220 m). Just before reaching the mountain pasture, the path passes between two rocky outcrops and emerges at the end of the second one, arriving at the mountain pasture near the Lameza Forest Cabin.
(3) Continue to the right, following the Lameza Stream, to reach the highest point of the walk.
(4) The return journey follows the same route back to the car park at the hydroelectric power station (S/E).
