In Creissels, park in the car park on Place du 19 Mai 1962 (there is a bus shelter and recycling bins), which can be accessed from the main road through the village: Avenue des Comtes d'Armagnac.
(S/E) Head towards the town hall along a path that runs alongside a small canal at the edge of the car park. Look out for the "Les balades de Mr Clapassou" sign: follow this sign for part of the route. Opposite the town hall, take Rue du Moulin Haut on the left, ignore a street on the left, and you will come to a crossroads.

(1) Ignore the street with the bridge on your right. Continue left on the larger street (Avenue des Cascades), passing the "Cascades" bus stop immediately. Continue on this street, which curves sharply to the left further on. Continue on the same street, ignoring Impasse de Laumède on your right: the street changes name and becomes Avenue de Laumède. At the next intersection, turn right, immediately ignore a street on the left and continue straight ahead on Rue du Boultou.
(2) At the fork shortly after, keep right on the dead-end street towards Combes Hautes.
(3) Further on, opposite a private property entrance, turn right onto a path that climbs very steeply up the limestone plateau. At the top, you will arrive at a path marked in red and whiteGR®®71D.

(4) Here you can take an optional detour, off the marked trail, following "Mr Clapassou" on the left, on theGR®® to enjoy the limestone plateau, until you reach a group of pylons.

(4) On the way back, continue straight ahead on the GR®®. You will arrive at an intersection ofthe GR®®71DandGR®®736.

(5) Continue straight ahead (GR®®71D). You will arrive at a road at a car park. Continue straight ahead on the road for about 100 metres, then, in the bend in the road on the right, go straight ahead on the track, towards the "Aire de vision du viaduc" (viaduct viewing area). Continue to the viewpoint.
(6) Esplanade on the edge of the Cirque du Boundoulaou with numerous information panels about the Millau Viaduct below. Many vultures frequent this site. Retrace your steps to the intersection ofthe GR®®71DandGR®®736.

(5) Turn left onto theGR®®736. This beautiful trail descends into a fairly steep-sided valley.
(7) Further down, cross a road and continue on the path opposite. Join the road a little further on and follow it straight ahead. Ignore a road on the right just before you reach an orchard, then arrive at an intersection at a car park.
(8) Turn right onto the carriageway marked "Accès cascade". At the fork, follow the path on the right, then ignore a path on the right and one on the left. You will arrive at the start of a path on the right signposted towards Moulin de Tournal.

(9) Follow this beautiful trail to the old mill overlooking the Ruisseau de Cabrières waterfalls, cross a footbridge, then descend a fairly steep trail (yellow signpost) to reach the foot of the waterfall.
(10) Continue on the Sentier des Cascades (a path on the left allows you to get closer to a waterfall and back), the path returns to the village along the stream. Return to the intersection you passed on the way there.
(1) Take the same route back to the car park (S/E).
