A weekday ride in the winter sunshine. Very peaceful. The scenery is a bit monotonous. Quite a few cyclists. Perfect for getting back into the swing of things before the long spring rides.

Not particularly interesting, but a lovely walk all the same!
95% tarmac… ideal in wet weather!
Accurate description, and the platform is indeed included.
Well worth a go!

A very pleasant walk along the water's edge.
No trouble at all following the route. A platform has been built along the water’s edge: you simply follow the path round it; it’s very short, no problem at all.
We made two short detours to visit the villages of Warneton and Deulémont, both of which have lovely churches.
We had lunch at the Guinguette de la Marine in Warneton: a good spot, but it’s advisable to book.

We really enjoyed the walk this morning; thanks for sharing.

Actually, there must be a platform that’s been added since then, as it isn’t mentioned in the description (between point 2 and point 3), and I think it makes us take a bit of a detour. That said, you just need to follow the footpath towards Warneton to get round it and you’ll eventually get there; it’s not complicated.
We enjoyed this walk; it was quite peaceful, but we felt the route lacked trees.

Hello,
We went on this walk yesterday; it was very peaceful along the Lys,
I had the tracking on my watch, and there’s a spot where they’ve built a loading quay for the barges
(DEULEMONT)
The watch clearly indicated that I was straying from the route...
I’m not disappointed with your app; it’s really effective.
Just so you know, if you set the route to WARNETON, there are plenty of places to eat...
there are quite a few bikes,
