Marsalforn is a charming village in the north of Gozo with a magnificent bay. On the outskirts of the town stands a hill rising to a height of about 80 metres, overlooking the surrounding area. A statue of Christ was erected on top of the hill in 1979.It is the summit of this hill that I suggest you climb during this hike. The views of Gozo and Victoria are remarkable.

The trail passes historical points of interest and absolutely magnificent landscapes before reaching the typical village of Xlendi.A regular bus service runs from the starting point and a second service connects the finish to Victoria.
