- 2 : km 0.01 - alt. 82 m - You can park near the church of St David. This church was on one of the old pilgimage routes to St Davids.
- 3 : km 0.49 - alt. 59 m - Keep left
- 4 : km 0.53 - alt. 59 m - Turn sharp left
- 5 : km 0.64 - alt. 38 m - Just off the road on the track down the hill lies a holy well. Pilgrims would have used the waters from this well for healing. Spend some time posndering the significance of this place in the past and today.
- 6 : km 0.74 - alt. 22 m - Turn sharp right onto Prendergast
- 7 : km 0.9 - alt. 20 m - There was once a pilgrim hospital on this route. You are walking in the footsteps of thousands who have gone before you.
- 8 : km 2.57 - alt. 5 m - You may like to rest in Solva harbour for a while and take some refreshment.
- 9 : km 2.58 - alt. 4 m - Turn left
- 10 : km 2.75 - alt. 4 m - Turn left
- 11 : km 2.76 - alt. 3 m - Turn left
- 12 : km 2.83 - alt. 4 m - Turn slight left
- 13 : km 3.89 - alt. 48 m - Spend some time looking out at the view. You will be able to see the broad sweep of St Brides Bay.
- 14 : km 5.71 - alt. 16 m - The landscape here hasn't changed in centuries. You can rest in the same coves, view the same islands and spot the same flora and fauna as pilgrims before you. Count the many blessings that Creation holds in this place.
- 15 : km 8.27 - alt. 30 m - It's possible to see remains of the life of Iron Age people along this route in the undulations of the landscape.
- 16 : km 9.28 - alt. 29 m - Turn sharp left here if you would like to take a break and go down onto the beach at Caerfai Bay.
- 17 : km 10.56 - alt. 33 m - This is the holy well dedicated to St Non used by pilgrims over the centuries for healing and washing before making the final stretch of the journey to the cathedral. You may like to take the waters for healing for yourself or others.
- 18 : km 10.6 - alt. 28 m - These chapel ruins are dedicated to St Non and mark the spot where she gave birth to St David in a thunderstorm in the 6th Century. The cross carved in the stone is known as the St. Non cross and you will see examples of this Celtic symbol in the cathedral. Reflect on your journey through life since your birth.
- E : km 11.81 - alt. 27 m - You have reached your destination. Following in the footsteps of David and many thousands of plgrims since you are entering a 'thin' place, a place where the distance between heaven and earth is so thin you can feel heaven on earth. Spend some time in this 'thin' place to listen to your heart's desire.
