- S : km 0 - alt. 6 m - Start on
- 2 : km 0.05 - alt. 10 m - Keep right
- 3 : km 0.19 - alt. 12 m - After parking you may like to take a detour to see the Blue Lagoon. This was once a small slate quarry but now the sea has flooded the inlet. It gets its hue from the minerals in the slate. The adventurous use it for activities such as coasteering and diving. Think about the activities you find energising and inspiring. Plan to do more of them.

Carn Llidi and Carn Penberi are mountains in miniature 181m/594ft adn easily accessible to the 'mountain bagger'. However, beware of the rocky outcrop at the summit as it's not what you expect!
There are many things in life that we think we can attain without too much troublebut sometimes we or others have unrealistic expectations. How do you ensure that you, and others you love, keep realsitic expectations?

Bathe your feet in the river or drop a stone into the water and ponder the idea of letting go of all the wrongs of the past and looking foward with renewed hope for the future.
