- S/E : km 0 - alt. 253 m - Start and finish at North end of Cowleaze Woods Car Park. Free parking but height barrier if you've a tall top van.
- 2 : km 2.34 - alt. 147 m - Turn right onto Hill Road
- 3 : km 2.5 - alt. 151 m - Turn left
- 4 : km 2.86 - alt. 173 m - Steady climb on good path, 2x benches available for short rest / viewpoints if required.
- 5 : km 3.73 - alt. 251 m - Turn left onto Hill Road
- S/E : km 3.9 - alt. 253 m - Start and finish at North end of Cowleaze Woods Car Park. Free parking but height barrier if you've a tall top van.
