Exit roundabout ,with hotel behind you, enter Rutland Square and head out of central Bakewell on the A 619. Cross the stone bridge over the river, then follow the road round to the left
- 2 : km 1.31 - alt. 146 m - Continue along A619 for approx. 0.75 mile until left turning signposted B6001 Hathersage,Hassop,Calver. Turn left here.
- 3 : km 2.47 - alt. 159 m - Continue on Hassop Rd/B6001 as far as roundabout.
- 4 : km 2.48 - alt. 159 m - At the roundabout, go straight ahead,taking the 2nd exit and stay on Hassop Rd/B6001 passing through Hassop village after approx 1 mile.

- 14 : km 24.31 - alt. 104 m - Continue on Ecclesall Road South and after approx 1.6 miles the road descends and passes large church on left(All Saints Ecclesall).Keep in left hand lane and continue descent passing Banner Cross Methodist Church on left. Continue down Ecclesall Road past shops left and right until approaching Hunters Bar roundabout at bottom.
