Easy walk starting at Wicken Fen Nature Reserve parking. The walk is along the waterways.
Start : Wicken Fen National Trust Car Park (15 Lode Ln, Wicken, Ely CB7 5XP. Grid ref. TL 564 706) where you will start and end the walk.
(D/A) From the parking exit turn left (Sign The Lodes Way). You will be passing by the National Trust and a coffee shop on your right.
(1) Arriving at a small pedestrian bridge after about 700m, turn left (South-East).
(2) After 1.6Km from the starting point turn right (Cycling route 11). Go straight for 1Km until you arrive at a water canal. Just before the canal on the left there is a Carpark (Adventurers' Fen Carpark).
(3) Turn right and walk when the canal is to your left. As you turn there is a pedestrian bridge; stay on this side and keep walking straight for 2.3Km alongside the canal. Then you should arrive at a bridge (4.9Km from the start). Don't carry on straight over the bridge!
(4) Turn right in the direction of Wicken Fen Nature Reserve which is now on your left side. Walk for 2Km, until you arrive at the small pedestrian bridge you have crossed at the beginning. (1) Turn left, and walk towards the National Trust and carpark. (D/A)

There are two viewing hiding places on the right after you have turned Right in the direction of Wicken Fen Nature Reserve. The hiding viewing places are well marked.
