Park your car at Pentireglaze car park (Lead Mines National Trust) next to Pentire Farm.
(S/E) From the car park, go slightly up the path and go across the open field until you reach the gate and the coastal path above Pengirt Cove. Continue the path which leads to a nice viewpoint on your right next to Com Head. From this viewpoint, you can see Port Quin Bay and even Stepper Point and Trevose Head on the SouthWestside!
(1) At the junction, ignore the path inland on your left but continue straight (yellow arrow signpost) towards Rumps Point you will catch sight of after a few metres. Past the gate next to the low wall on your left, head slightly right to the large path leading to the rocky hill you see in front of you. Go through a low wall and climb the hill. At the top of the hill, the view is gorgeous. You can admire Guglane, the cliffs leading to Pentire Point and again Port Quin Bay.
(2) Retrace your steps to the low wall you went through and bear immediately right heading to the path along the cliff. Walk the path to Pentire Point next to the low wall ignoring the path to Pentire Farm on your left (signpost with yellow arrow). You finally reach the point at the end of Camel Estuary after the last ascent.
(3) From this point, admire Stepper Point in front of you on the other bank of Camel Estuary and Polzeath village on the left.
(4) Follow slightly down the path along the cliffs for almost one mile until you reach a signpost with yellow arrows. Turn right "Polzeath" ignoring "Pentire Farm" on your left. Your path finally overlooks Pentireglaze Haven and the valley before you go down next to the beach.
(5) Close to the house and the beach, bear left to the track with a blue arrow signpost. When the track bends right, head towards the path in front of you leading to a gate (Pentireglaze National Trust signpost). Go straight across two open fields and take the track which leads to the road.
(6) Turn left onto this road ("Pentire Farm and Lead Mines car park" direction), go past farm buildings and turn left at crossroads next to Pentire Farm House. Go through the cattle grid and go up the road for 250 meters before you turn right to the track which leads to the car park.(S/E)
