Syabru Bensi - Sherpagaun
This hike goes from Syabru Bensi to Sherpagaun. You must travel from Kathmandu the day before (10 hours by road). You will then spend the night in a lodge before setting off at an altitude of 1,450 metres. The arrival point is at an altitude of 2,585 metres. There are steep climbs in the morning, which is more difficult than the afternoon. This is one of the longest stages of the trek. The arrival point is in Sherpagaun, where you will spend the night in a lodge for a well-deserved rest.
