St George’s Centre to the Lupset Pub

(S/E) Start at the St George’s Community Centre in St George’s Road. From the car park, turn left. Pass into a narrow path between two high security fences into a dog walker’s alley.

(1) Follow the right hand fence until you encounter a field path off to the left between two fields. Follow this field path to a junction and take the left hand path down the hill. Walk to the next junction of paths near the Motorway footbridge. Continue straight ahead on a broad dirt track bearing left and passing to the rear of the Mormon Church. Continue to the main road.

(2) Turn left and walk on the roadside pavement to the Lupset Pub. At the Lupset Pub turn left into Broadway and return to the starting point.(S/E)

An easy, circular walk, mainly on good all-weather footpaths together with some field walking.
